Accessibility
At WEVENTURE Performance GmbH, we are committed to making our Website www.weventure.de/en (“Website”) inclusive and accessible to the widest possible audience. While our company is not legally required under current EU, UK or US regulations to meet specific accessibility standards, we believe it is our responsibility to ensure that everyone can access our content – including users with visual, auditory, cognitive or motor impairments.
This is particularly important to us when it comes to our freely available educational content, such as articles, guides and insights into digital marketing and artificial intelligence. We want to make sure that anyone – regardless of location or ability – can benefit from the knowledge we share.
Evaluation process and date
This statement was last updated on 2 December 2025. The accessibility of this Website is assessed through regular internal reviews carried out by our digital team. The most recent review took place in June 2025.
Accessibility status
Our Website is currently mostly compliant with internationally recognised standards such as WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
Accessibility is a key part of our ongoing development efforts. The Website is based on WordPress and was undergoing a major redesign. The December 2025 relaunch placed an even stronger emphasis on inclusive design and accessibility best practices.
We are proud to already offer many accessible features:
- A clear page structure using semantic HTML and responsive design.
- Usability across devices and screen sizes.
- Largely navigable via keyboard (without relying on a mouse).
- Little embedded videos or inaccessible PDF documents.
- Visual elements are designed to support – not replace – core content.
We acknowledge that some areas still require improvement:
- Image descriptions (alt text) are missing or incomplete for certain graphics and have not yet been fully translated across all language versions.
- Some interactive elements, such as navigation menus, are not yet fully operable using only the keyboard.
We are actively working to resolve these issues and are committed to continuously improving the accessibility of our website – both now and in the future.

Legal notice on accessibility requirements in the UK and USA
As a private company based in the European Union with an annual turnover under €2 million, WEVENTURE is not currently subject to mandatory digital accessibility laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the US or the UK Equality Act 2010. Nonetheless, we are taking proactive steps to improve digital accessibility – because we believe an inclusive web benefits everyone.
