When digitalization as we know it today was still in its infancy, our founding partner René Tuchscherer had already implemented holistic digital strategies and platforms for online sales with THESIS Digital Group. The beginnings of WEVENTURE, albeit under a different company name, go back to 2005.
The Digital Marketing division was spun off from the successful Digital Marketing business unit of the THESIS Digital Group in 2015. From then on, the founding partners and CEOs René Tuchscherer and Enrico Bernardo managed the business with the first 4 employees in the new Berlin office in the hip and creative district of Kreuzberg.
The increasing success and professionalization of THESIS Performance GmbH in the field of digital marketing led to a full rebranding as WEVENTURE in 2018. Our self-conception evolved to understanding digital marketing as a platform for innovation. External projects with partners and own ventures were now taken care of by 15 employees.
WEVENTURE’s increasing international activities, particularly in Switzerland, culminated in the opening of a second office in Zurich. Our workforce increased to 25 in the focus areas of digital marketing, digital transformation and venture building.
WEVENTURE is among the 30 fastest growing digital marketing agencies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (the DACH region). Our agency has been selected by Google to become part of the Google Elevator Program. We have introduced a professional middle-management level. WEVENTURE now has over 40 permanent employees.
