Our Recruitment Process in Steps

01. STEP

Your Application

Send us your application including your CV via our job posting on JOIN. Alternatively, you can contact our HR Manager directly at hr@weventure.de.

02. STEP

Review of your Application

We review your application promptly and thoroughly, so you will receive initial feedback from us within 3 days.

03. STEP

First introduction call

In the first step, we want to get to know you better. For this, we schedule a 30-minute video call via Google Meet. If you have any questions about us, we can clarify them here.

04. STEP

Technical interview and team fit

Next, you’ll have a conversation with the responsible team lead to discuss professional topics. After that, we will invite you to our office for a trial working session and lunch so we can get to know each other better.

05. STEP

Decision and contract signing

We will discuss internally and inform you of our decision as soon as possible — ideally with an offer — after which we will invite you to sign the contract. In the meantime, we prepare your onboarding week and look forward to welcoming you to the team!
