Our recruiting process in steps

    Your application

    Please send us your application including CV directly via our job advertisement in JOIN. If you want to contact us directly, please contact our HR Manager Alina via jobs@weventure.de.

  • 02. STEP

    Review your application

    Thank you for your application. We will look at it promptly and thoroughly, so you will get your first feedback from us within the next 3 days.

  • 03. STEP

    First digital meet

    In the first step we would like to get to know you better, for this we plan a 30-minute video call via Google Meets. If you have any open questions about us, we can clarify them here.

  • 04. STEP

    Interview with team lead

    For an initial exchange of experiences and to clarify technical questions, we are planning another Google Meets Call with the responsible team lead in the next step.

  • 05. STEP

    first meet in our office

    In the last step, we invite you to our office. Be part of our team for half a day, so that we can get to know each other even better while working together and having lunch.

  • 06. STEP

    Our decision

    We will consult you and send you our decision as soon as possible, in the best case with an offer. In the meantime we are at your disposal for any questions.

  • 07. STEP

    Contract signing

    We will invite you back to our office to sign your contract. You will meet our management and you will sign your employment contract.

    First day at WEVENTURE

    In advance, we have prepared your onboarding week and we are very excited that you are now part of our WEVENTURE team!
